Abigail Bolen, 76, of Columbus, passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at Baptist Memorial Hospital Golden Triangle.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at 1:00-3:00pm at Lowndes Funeral Home, followed by a 3:00pm Funeral Service in the Funeral Home Chapel. Private interment services will be at Living Faith Tabernacle Cemetery in Columbus.

Mrs. Bolen was born April 12, 1943 in Lowndes County, MS to the late Willie Pearl and Brady Eugene Williams, Sr. She was a Member of the Hwy 69 Church of Christ. A wonderful and loving mother she was friendly and loved by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Glen Bolen and Siblings: Annie Pearl Taylor, Josie Lockler, James Williams, Brady Eugene Williams, Jr., and Stanley Williams.

Mrs. Bolen is survived by two children: David Williams and Camelia (Joe) Thompson; three grandchildren: Mary Ann (Ean) Allen, Jessica (Garrett) Young and Heather (Logan) Tate; and three great grandchildren: Dorien Brunson, Daphne Allen Brendan Brunson and Riley Young.
