Aileen L. Spruill Aileen L. Spruill, 95 of Caledonia, MS passed away Saturday, March 18, 2011 at Windsor Place, Columbus, MS. Visitation for Mrs. Spruill will be Sunday, March 20, 2011 at 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS. Funeral Services are Sunday, March 20, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Lowndes Funeral Home Chapel, Columbus, MS with Bro. Don Harding, officiating and Bro. David Woods, assisting. Interment will be at Sailors Cemetery, Vernon, AL. Lowndes Funeral Home directing. Mrs. Spruill was born June 27, 1915 to the late Atwell and Mary Francis Burr Livingston in Lamar County, AL. She lived in Caledonia all her life. She retired in 1977 from United Technologies after 23 years. She was a member of Kolola Springs Baptist Church, Caledonia, MS. She loved working in the yard, gardening and cooking. In addition to her parents Mrs. Spruill is preceded in death by her husband - James Atwell Spruill, sisters - Sally Mae Wright, Pearl Spruill and Madge Smith and brothers - Dewey Livingston and Hays Livingston. She is survived by her son - Tommy (Mary) Spruill, Caledonia, MS, Granddaughter - Mary Margaret (Scott) Shuttleworth, Great Granddaughter - Morgan Francis Shuttleworth and a host of Nieces and Nephews. Pallbearers will be W.E. Andrews, Dwight Colson, Wayne Colson, Lamar Jones, Ray Guy and E.R. Murphy. Honorary Pallbearers will be Mark Jones, Jackie Culpepper, Butch Reed, Steve West, Van Southerland, Jack Larmour, John Larmour, Max Watson, Billy Hays, Deacons of Kolola Springs Baptist church and Staff at Windsor Place.
