Amy Beth Redwine, 38, of Columbus, MS passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2015, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-GT, Columbus, MS. Visitation will be Friday, September 4, 2015, from 10 am to 11 am at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS. A Funeral Service will follow at 11 am with Bro. Walter Butler officiating and Bro. P. J. Mortensen assisting in the Lowndes Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at the Turkey Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, Water Valley, MS. Amy Beth was born January 22, 1977, to Nancy Redwine and Anthony Janke at the CAFB Hospital in Columbus, MS. She was adopted May 25, 1979, by Ann and John Redwine (Grandparents). She attended the Center for Special Children on the MUW campus in Columbus, MS until May 1998. For the past 17 years, she attended the Columbus Day Services-Adult program (an Ellisville State School program). She really enjoyed this program. They had a lot of activities for the special adults. Amy enjoyed country western music, Nintendo games, listening to story tapes, being read to, and going to the Mall and Wal-Mart. Amy was preceded in death by her biological mother, Nancy Redwine Janke Malone; and great-grandparents-Ervin and Annie Camp and Clarence and Lorene Redwine. Miss Redwine is survived by her father-John Redwine; mother-Elizabeth Ann Redwine; father-Anthony Janke; sisters-Lori Janke, Haley (Justin) Kimbrough; Teresa (Andy) Perkins; brothers-Steve (Hope) Redwine and Paul (Stacey) Redwine; and a host of nieces and nephews.
