Emily Ann Windle, 83, of Columbus, MS, passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS.

Visitation will be Friday, April 19, 2024, from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS. Funeral Service will be Saturday, April 20, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. at Fairview Baptist Church, Columbus, MS with Bro. Tommy Gillon and Bro. Sammy Crawford officiating.  Private family graveside will follow at Franconia Cemetery in Aliceville, Alabama with Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS directing.

Mrs. Windle, better known as Mrs. Ann, was born on March 28, 1941, to the late Alton Holliman and Nell Eatman Holliman. Mrs. Ann was a member of Fairview Baptist Church in Columbus, MS, where she was a devoted Christian and loving preacher's wife for over 60 years. Mrs. Ann loved to sing and when she did, she had the voice of an angel.  Mrs. Ann worked in the nursing field her entire life. Mrs. Ann loved her family and was a strong prayer warrior and she enjoyed sending notes of encouragement to others. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Ann is preceded in death by her husband- Bro. Ralph Windle and brother- Jerry Holliman.

Mrs. Ann is survived by her daughter- Leigh Ann (Shaun) Pearson of Sulligent, Alabama; grandchildren- Sam (Blair) White and Ashleigh (Christopher) Bailey; great-grandchildren- Paxton White, Samantha Bailey, and Violet "Annabelle" Bailey; and brother- Thomas J. Holliman.
