Annette Welch McElrath, 81, of Columbus, MS passed away Saturday, October 15, 2022, at Baptist Memorial Hospital – Golden Triangle.

Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 AM, Thursday, October 20, 2022, at Caledonia United Pentecostal Church, in Caledonia, MS.  A memorial service will follow at 11:00 with Rev. Grant Mitchell officiating.  The interment will be at Center Hill Cemetery.

Ms. McElrath was born on February 13, 1941, to the late Aaron Welch, Sr., and Bertha Baughn Welch.  She was a giving person, who was loved by all who knew her.  In addition to her parents, Ms. McElrath is preceded in death by her brother, Aaron Welch, Jr., and sister, Jeanette Harrison.

She is survived by her sons – Darryl McElrath and John McElrath; grandchildren – Kristen (Durham) Jordan and Evan McElrath, and great-grandchildren – Lucyanne Lynn Jordan and Eleanor Ruth Jordan.
