Annie Louise Harden, 81, of Columbus, MS, passed away Friday, May 29, 2026, at Baptist Memorial Hospital – Golden Triangle, Columbus, MS.

Ms Harden was born on June 21, 1944, in Kenton, TN, to the late Buster Callins and Qulor Callins. She worked as a certified nurse assistant for over 20 years. Ms Harden loved gardening and her plants. She enjoyed sitting in her rocking chair and watching birds. Ms Harden spent her pastime doing word search puzzles. She especially loved her dog, Roscoe. In addition to her parents, Ms Harden was preceded in death by her son, David Harden.

Ms Harden is survived by her son, James Edward (Amanda) Harden, Columbus, MS; granddaughter, Blair (Sam) White, Columbus, MS; grandson, Blake (Katherine) Harden, Austin, TX, and Dawson Lofton, Hazelhurst, MS; great-grandson, Paxton White; and additional family members, Christine Harden, Starkville, MS, and Alfred Harden, Columbus, MS.
