Audrene Vail Linn, 89, of Caledonia, MS passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-GT, Columbus, MS. Visitation will be Friday, November 13, 2015 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS. A Graveside Service will be Saturday, November 14, 2015 at 10:00 am with Bro. Kenny Gardner officiating at Egger Cemetery, Caledonia, MS and Lowndes Funeral Home directing. Mrs. Linn was born March 2, 1926 to the late Mike and Minnie Belle Partain Vail in Lowndes County, MS. She has lived in the area for her lifetime, where she was a member of Caledonia United Methodist Church. Mrs. Linn was the owner of Linn's Dairy Bar in Caledonia, MS for 23 years and was also well known for her quilts. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 67 years-Robert Linn; son-Jesse C. "J.C." Linn; daughter-Josephine Linn; grandchild-Amy Audrene Wyers; and brother-Lloyd Winford Vail. Mrs. Linn is survived by daughter-Shirley (Bobby) Bowen, Columbus, MS; brothers-William (Charlene) Stennis Vail, Caledonia, MS and Bobby (Linda) Joe Vail, Columbus, MS; grandchildren-Gary (Phyllis) Jacobs and Robert (Tamara) Brian Jacobs, both of Caledonia, MS; great grandchildren-Robert L. Jacobs, Nathan Wheeler, Montana Jacobs, Elizabeth Jacobs, Kristin (Kevin) Pulley, Brook Nethery, Lauryn Nethery and Cheyne Nethery; great great-grandchildren-Kaylynn Pulley, Jackson Pulley, Carsyn Pulley, Noah Pulley, Lejand Wheeler, and Kinleigh Farley. Pallbearers will be Gary Jacobs, Robert B. Jacobs, Robert L. Jacobs, Montana Jacobs, Nathan Wheeler, and Harold Wayne Partain. Honorary Pallbearers will be Tom Linn, Tony Linn, Jeffery Duncan, Mitch Wiggins, and Members of Caledonia United Methodist Church. Memorials may be made to Palmer Home for Children, P. O.
