Audrey Jean Allen, 54, of Columbus, MS passed away Thursday, January 21, 2016 at her residence.

A Celebration of Life Service will be Sunday, January 24, 2016 at 2:00 pm with Bro. Ed Nix officiating at New Covenant Baptist Church, Columbus, MS.

Mrs. Allen was born April 8, 1961 to Gerald Westover and the former Carole Cline in Martin, SD. Mrs. Allen moved to Columbus from Sundance, Wyoming 30 years ago. She graduated with B.S. Degree in Psychology and was previously a counselor at Community Counseling, Columbus, MS. Mrs. Allen was a member of New Covenant Baptist Church, Columbus. MS. She pledged to the Society for Creative Anachronism, Marshin Fayne Clan, and was a support member to Legion Riders American Legion Post 69. Mrs. Allen is preceded in death by her husband-Howard Allen, who passed away in 1979.

Mrs. Allen is survived by her parents-Gerald (Betty) Westover, Coeur d' Alene, ID and Carole Wegener, Columbus, MS; daughter-Dawn Baswell, Columbus, MS; son-Chris (Britney) Sand, Columbus, MS; sisters-DeEtte Westover, Vickie (Garry) Kinard, and Robin (Greg) Harris; brothers-Justin (Daphne) Westover and Todd (Rachel) Wegener; grandchildren-Heather Ashley Baswell, Courtney Baswell, Sarah Baswell, Lauren Baswell, Brian Baswell, Kenneth Canida, Jaden Allen and Kailyn Sand.
