Betty Mae Carter, 77, passed away Saturday, September, 26, 2015 at her residence, West Point, MS. A Graveside Service will be Tuesday, September 29 at 4:00pm at Siloam Cemetery, Lake City, FL. Interment will be at Siloam Cemetery with Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS directing. Mrs. Carter was born December 12, 1937 to Percy Belden Bundy and Martha Box in Florida. After marrying her husband, Ralph Carter, and moving from Hawaii, she has lived in the area for about 36 years. She enjoyed her life and her family by making their home her business as a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers-Carl Bundy, James Bundy, and Willie B. Bundy; and sisters-Edna Miller, Blanche N. Rhineheart, 6 Grandchildren, and 10 Great Grandchildren. She is survived by her daughter-Cindy L. Carter-Lake Charles, LA; and her sons-Ralph S. (Christi) Carter, Caledonia, MS and Reid (Denene) Carter, West Point, MS.
