Betty Lou Kendrick Moore, 67 of Columbus, MS passed away Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at Baptist Memorial Hospital – Golden Triangle, Columbus, MS.

A memorial service will be Saturday, February 11, 2017 at 3:00 PM with Bro. Kenny Gardner officiating in the Lowndes Funeral Home Chapel.

Mrs. Moore was born April 17, 1949 to the late Romay and Billie Jean Maxwell  Kendrick in Jackson, MS  and moved to Columbus 40 years ago.  She was of the Baptist faith, loved BINGO, Alabama football and her grandbabies.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by her sister – Mary Elizabeth Kendrick.

Mrs. Moore is survived by her husband – Donald Moore, Columbus, MS; daughter – Rebecca Jean Johnson, Columbus, MS and Michael (Angie) Moore, Columbus, MS; brother – Romay Kendrick, Jr.; 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
