Wiley Gene "Bill" Guin, 77, of Caledonia, passed away on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at Baptist Memorial Hospital Golden Triangle.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 2:00pm from Caledonia United Pentecostal Church with visitation one hour prior to services at the church. Burial will immediately follow from Egger Cemetery in Caledonia, with Rev. Grant Mitchell officiating Lowndes Funeral Home and Crematory is honored to be entrusted with arrangements.

Bill Guin was born April 14, 1941, to the late Ira Lee and Viola Guin, he was retired from Arvin Meritor in Fayette, AL. He was a faithful member of Caledonia United Pentecostal Church where he dearly loved his church family. He also loved the outdoors and would rather be outside than anywhere else, he enjoyed walks with his faithful companion "Sassy," together they admired and enjoyed God's wonderful creation. He also loved bluegrass music and enjoyed playing the guitar.

Mr. Guin is preceded in death by his Parents, Siblings and two infant children; Tommy Gene Guin and Dona Michele Guin.

He is survived by his wife Sharon Guin of Caledonia and a host of extended family.

Pallbearers will be Bill Delk, Jr., Shay Boyd, Glen Weaver, Corey Humbers, John Humbers, Buddy Guin and Dale Reese.
