Billy Jack Bevering, 65 of Caledonia, MS passed away Sunday, February 19, 2023, at Starkville Manor Health Care and Rehabilitation, Starkville, MS.

Mr. Bevering was born October 5, 1957, in Wichita Falls, TX to the late Jimmy Bevering and Mary Everett Bevering Garcia.  He worked as a mechanic for 33 years.  Mr. Bevering enjoyed fishing, camping, archery, and refurbishing old cars. He loved cooking and was always telling jokes.  Mr. Bevering was a very generous man and always made sure others never went without.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Bevering was preceded in death by his wife – Sheree Lee Bevering.

Mr. Bevering is survived by a step-father, 2 brothers, one sister, 2 children, and his caretakers – John and Diane Callahan, Amy Richard, and Elizabeth Beck.
