Billy Ray Harris 65, of West Point, MS passed away Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at Dugan Memorial Home in West Point, MS.

Mr. Harris was born on April 2, 1958, in Blytheville, AR to the late Dotsene Poff VanSickle. Mr. Harris was a general foreman for many years.

Mr. Harris is survived by his wife- Theresa "Tess" Youmans Harris of West Point, MS; Father- Bill Harris Sr; son- Jeremy Harris, stepson- John Daniel Brothers; stepdaughter- Angel Martin, and brother- Steven VanSickle
