Billy Wayne Richardson, 53, of Steens, MS, passed away Saturday, October 31, 2015 at his residence. Visitation will be held Friday, November 6, 2015 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS. Interment will be at Living Faith Tabernacle Cemetery, Columbus, MS with Lowndes Funeral Home directing. Mr. Richardson was born April 7, 1959 to the late Thaxton Richardson and Lois Payne in Columbus, MS. He has lived in Columbus his entire lifetime, where he was a groundskeeper for a recreation and golfing facility. Mr. Richardson is survived by his wife-Sherry Richardson; son-Michael Shane Richardson; daughters-April Joy Richardson and Heather Breanna Nicole Richardson; brothers-Thaxton Richardson, Jr.; Zachary Richardson, and Buddy Richardson; sisters- Barbara Jean Richardson Lewis and Linda (Allen) Webb; aunt-Pearl Taylor; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
