Billy Joe Sims, 71, of Columbus, MS, passed away Sunday May 18, 2025, at his residence.

Mr. Sims was born May 15, 1954, in Columbus, MS, to the late James Odell Sims and Lillie Gertrude Spencer Sims. He was a mechanic for many years.

Mr. Sims is survived by his daughter- Adrienne Sims; son- Benjamin Sims; and one grandchild- Ainsley Sims.

Mr. Sims will be missed and loved by all family and friends.
