Bobbie, the oldest of seven children, was born on September 28, 1932, in Drew, Mississippi, to George Herman Robb and Carrie MaHalie (Downs) Robb. She grew up in Drew, where she attended Drew High School and met the love of her life, Johnny Faucette Page, later graduating in 1951. Bobbie and Johnny were married on August 9, 1951, marking the beginning of her life as a devoted military wife. Their journey together took them to numerous assignments, including Eglin Air Force Base and Homestead Air Force Base in Florida; O'Hare Air Force Base in Illinois; Matagorda Island and Bergstrom Air Force Base in Texas; Columbus Air Force Base in Mississippi (twice); the Panama Canal Zone; and K.I. Sawyer Air Force Base in Michigan. During Johnny's unaccompanied deployments to the Azores, Iwo Jima, and Thailand—each lasting a year—Bobbie managed their home with strength and grace. After Johnny's retirement from the Air Force in 1969, they made Columbus, Mississippi, their permanent home, joining Fairview Baptist Church, where Bobbie began her life of service by teaching Sunday school to four-year-olds.

In 1965, while stationed in the Panama Canal Zone, Bobbie discovered her passion for cake decorating through classes and private lessons. During this time, she also began her Civil Service career, working for the U.S. Army in Communications as a telephone operator. She continued her Civil Service career at Columbus Air Force Base, and after Johnny received a promotion in his Civil Service career, they moved to Wiesbaden, Germany, for three years before returning to Columbus. She retired from Civil Service and her position as school secretary for the Undergraduate Pilot Training Program at Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi in 1993.

In retirement, Bobbie found great joy in volunteering. She served with organizations such as the National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association (NARFE) since 1995, acting as Secretary of their local Chapter 1388 and planning fundraisers for Alzheimer's research. Her advocacy for Alzheimer's earned her numerous awards at both the state and national levels. Bobbie and Johnny co-chaired the Mississippi Federation, collecting donations from 29 chapters across the state.

Bobbie's time in Panama sparked a lifelong love of using her baking to bless others. She devoted countless hours to volunteering with hospice, the Recovery House, and Trinity Retirement Community—teaching classes, baking birthday cakes for monthly celebrations, and helping plan their annual Halloween party. It was during this time that "Cooking with Mrs. Bobbie" was born, a testament to her giving heart and joyful spirit. Her philosophy, "As long as I can put one foot in front of the other, I would do for others," guided her service throughout her life.

Bobbie shared her love of cooking and cake decorating with her daughters, granddaughters, and great-grandchildren. She especially cherished these moments with her granddaughters, who were the joy of her life.

In the fall of 1981 Bobbie received a diploma in Advanced Floral Design from Ramsey's Flowers School of Design, using these talents to celebrate friends and catering weddings. She was a member of Fairview Baptist Church and Emily Bates' Sunday School Class. Bobbie was also the oldest member of The Lowndes County Republican Women

She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Johnny Faucette Page; her parents, George Herman Robb and Carrie MaHalie Robb; brothers Charles "Bubba" Robb and James Douglas Robb; and sister Dixie Annette Green. She is survived by her children Marsha Ward (Steve) of Caledonia, Mississippi; Lee Ann Glusenkamp (Todd) of West Point, Mississippi; and Mike Page of Jackson, Mississippi; granddaughters Marley Glusenkamp (Stance Henderson, fiancé) of Columbus and Madison Glusenkamp (Lake Kellett, fiancé) of Birmingham; great-grandchildren George Cummings, Banks Henderson, and McCully Henderson of Columbus; sisters Mary Kathryn Kittrell of Cleveland, Mississippi, and Martha Ann Baioni of Shaw, Mississippi; and brother John Ellis Robb of Philadelphia, Mississippi.

Pallbearers include Karl Baioni, Andy Green, Carl Hazzard, William Kittrell, Brad Robb, David Robb, Landon Rymer, and Mark Sullivan. Honorary pallbearers include the staff of Trinity Retirement, Trinity Assisted Living, and Trinity Healthcare; Emily Bates Sunday School Class; and NARFE Chapter 1388, Lowndes County, Mississippi.
