Bobby Dale Bowen,  54 of Columbus, MS passed away Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at Baptist Memorial Hospital – Golden Triangle, Columbus, MS.

Visitation will be Sunday, January 16, 2022, from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS.

Mr. Bowen was born September 22, 1967, in New Orleans, LA to the late Billy and Susan Dale Bowen.  He worked as a cook for 35 years primarily at Martie's Restaurant and Old Hickory Steak House.  Mr. Bowen enjoyed playing golf and collecting guitars.

Mr. Bowen is survived by his wife –Martie Sutton Bowen, Columbus, MS; daughter – Crystal (Eric) McLarrin, Vancouver, WA; sons – Jake (Abbey) Bowen, Canton, MS and Billy Bowen, Columbus, MS; 4 grandchildren – Lexi Bowen, Riley Russ, Hayes Bowen, and Kadence Bowen.

Honorary pallbearers will be Carl Ulmer, Dale Nelson, and John Yarborough.
