Bobby Abrom Manasco Bobby Manasco, 75 passed away Thursday, February 9, 2012 at his residence. Visitation for Mr. Manasco will be Saturday, February 11, 2012 from 6 – 8 PM at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS. Funeral Services will be Sunday, February 12, 2012 at 2 PM in the Lowndes Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Simon Harris officiating. Mr. Manasco was born July 31, 1936 to the late Ollie Abrom and Rhoda Edwards Manasco in Caledonia, MS, he lived in the Columbus/Lowndes County area his entire life. Mr. Manasco was a veteran of the United States Navy. He retired from Gulf States, Starkville, MS as maintenance supervisor in 1999. Mr. Manasco was a member of East Columbus Church of Christ, Columbus, MS, he enjoyed people and drinking coffee at various coffee clubs in Columbus, MS. In addition to his parents, Mr. Manasco was preceded in death by his sisters - Geneva Evans, Peal Langford and his brother – Mac Rector. Mr. Manasco is survived by his wife – Joyce Manasco, Columbus, MS, Daughter – Susan (Chris) Robison, Caledonia, MS , Sons – Mike (Shelly) Manasco, Tempe, AZ and Scott (Janet) Manasco, West Point, MS, Grandchildren – Amy (Frankie) Mitchell, Stacy (Kyle Rinehart) Robison, Megan Manasco, Kate Manasco, Aiden Manasco, Great-grandchild – Riley Mitchell. Honorary Pallbearers will be Members of East Columbus Church of Christ and Members of Lake Norris Fishing Club.
