Bonnie Bell Vasser, 68, of Columbus, MS passed away Monday, September 6, 2021, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-GT.

A visitation will be Saturday, September 11, 2021, from 4:00 PM-6:00 PM at Lowndes Funeral Home.

Mrs. Vasser was born July 23, 1953, in Valparaiso, IN to the late Janice Peterson and Wesley Burrus. She was a life long painter/interior decorator, a devoted mother and friend to everyone she met. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Vasser is preceded in death by her husband- Jerry Vasser; sisters- Deborah Williams, and Linda Vails; and brothers- Jim Burrus, and Jerry Burrus.

Mrs. Vasser is survived by her daughter- Jennifer (Jeremiah) Walker of Caledonia, MS; sons- Jason (Rene) Vasser of Columbus, MS, and Jeremy Vasser of Columbus, MS; grandchildren- Emily Wiegel, Andrew Vasser, Dawson Vasser, Kaitlyn Wilson, Kyndal Belle Walker, Christian Walker, and Caleb Walker; great-grandchildren- Makayla Wiegel, Brendon Wiegel, and Haley Wiegel; sister- Sunny Burrus (Russell) Ross of Saucier, MS, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Honorary pallbearers will be Earnest Junior Vails, Danny Ray Bailey, and Doug Williams.
