Brayden Lee Barksdale, 4 of Columbus, MS passed away Monday, January 19, 2015 at his residence. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 21, 2015 from 1:00 - 3:00 PM at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS. A Funeral service will follow at 3:00 PM in the Lowndes Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Bubba Dees officiating. Interment will be in Murrah's Chapel Cemetery, Columbus, MS with Lowndes Funeral Home directing. Brayden was born October 5, 2010 to Jeffery Barksdale and Amy Richardson in Columbus, MS and lived in Columbus his entire life. He loved to fish and enjoyed everything especially being with family. Brayden enjoyed Ninja Turtles, John Deere tractors and big trucks. In addition to his parents, Brayden is survived by his sister - Kirsten Strickland, Columbus, MS and brother - Austin Strickland, Columbus, MS; Maternal grandparents - Lisa Lowe, Columbus, MS and Perry Richardson, Columbus, MS; Paternal grandparents - Kay Patterson, Columbus, MS and Frank (Terri) Barksdale, Jr., Caledonia, MS. Pallbearers will be Kyle Lewis, Charlie Ricks, Kolby Knight and Robert Browning. Honorary pallbearers will be Stanley Braddock and David Crews.
