Brazy Lee Nickoles Potaracke, 93, entered into glory on October 25, 2019 in Perry, GA.

Visitation will be Friday, November 1, 2019 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the Lowndes Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Charlie Whitney officiating. Interment will be in Friendship Cemetery, Columbus, MS with Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS directing.

Mrs. Potaracke was born January 13, 1926 in Kennedy, Alabama to the late Levi and Velma Nickoles. She married the late Leo John Potaracke who was stationed at CAFB in Columbus, MS where she later retired from United Technologies after 35 years. Mrs. Potaracke, her daughter and son in law moved from their home in Columbus, MS to Elko, GA to be able to enjoy her remaining years with her great grandchildren which were the joy of her life and were beside her to the end. She is preceded in death by husband- Leo John Potracke;son- John Woodrow; parents- Levi and Velma Nickoles; step-mother- Minnie McCarty and her 11 siblings.

Mrs. Potaracke is survived her daughter- Shirlee (James) Lindauer; grandchildren- Kathleen (Jay) Greer, Karen (Aaron) Gamblin; great grandchildren- Devan Carroll, Kyle Carroll, Adlyn Gamblin; brother- Johnnie Ray (Lunette) Nickoles and many beloved fur grand-babies.

Pallbearers will be Devan Carroll, Kyle Carroll, Wayne Ellis, Aaron Gamblin, Jay Greer, Dan Cunningham.
