Raymond "Bubba" Bell, Jr., 59, of Columbus, MS passed away at Aurora Health and Rehab on Friday, May 27, 2022.

The graveside service will be Wednesday, June 1, 2022, at 2:00 PM at Memorial Gardens, Columbus, MS with Bro. Tommy Gillon officiating. Lowndes Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.

Mr. Bell was born in Greenville, MS on April 11, 1963, to the late Raymond Gerald Bell, Sr., and Betty Garrison.  He was a member of Steens Baptist Church and previously worked as a barber at John's Barber Shop.  He was an avid bowler.  He also loved animals and traveling – with his favorite trip being to Puerto Rico.

Mr. Bell is survived by his mother – Betty A. Garrison; sisters – Cynthia Bell (Iradj) Ayazi and Lydia Bell (Patrick) Safko; nephews – Christopher Ayazi, Philip Ayazi, Raymond Safko, and Wolf Safko; grand-niece – Emma Safko; and other aunts, uncles, and family members.
