Caroline Jean Giles, 79, of Caledonia, MS passed away Thursday, December 10, 2020, at her residence.

A private service will be held at a later date.

Mrs. Giles was born on June 24, 1941, in Tupelo, MS to the late Forrest Bruce Lawson and Allene Pennington Lawson.  She enjoyed researching genealogy, was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Mrs. Giles was part of the Daughters of the American Revolution and Daughters of the Confederacy. Mrs. Giles was a member of New Salem Baptist Church. She worked at North Mississippi Medical Center as an account for many years.

Mrs. Giles is survived by her husband of 61 years- Bobby Joe Giles; children- Jeff (Tracey) Giles, D'Anne Wester, Chris (Kathy) Giles, and Rob (Maggie) Giles; 9 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; sister- Patricia Sumerall; and brother- Jim Lawson.
