Charlene T. Brownlee, 82, of Columbus, MS, passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at Windsor Place in Columbus, MS.

Visitation will be Friday, May 31, 2024, from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS. Funeral Service will be Friday, May 31, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. at Lowndes Funeral Home Chapel, Columbus, MS, with Bro. Kenny Gardner officiating. Interment will follow at Memorial Gardens, in Columbus, MS, Lowndes Funeral Home will be directing.

Mrs. Brownlee was born on August 4, 1941, in Columbus, MS, to the late Ruby Belle Thweatt Richardson and John Richardson. Mrs. Brownlee was the Co-owner of Brownlees Auto Repair in Columbus, MS. Mrs. Brownlee loved the Lord, loved singing gospel music, and loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Brownlee is preceded in death by her husband- Robert Brownlee, and grandchild- Dustin Carley.

Mrs. Brownlee is survived by her son- Tony (Tarron) Carley; daughter- Angie (Jim) Ayers; grandchildren- Brooke (Kirk) Adams, Christen (Tug) Fosberg, Brad Carley; and 4 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be- Kirk Adams, Les Wozniak, Jeff Honnoll, Larry Richardson, Tug Fosberg, and Tim Crabey.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Darius Lancaster, Terry Lancaster, Bobby Barksdale, and Sammy Barksdale.
