Chelsea Danielle York, 32, of Columbus, MS passed away Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at her residence.

A visitation will be held on Friday, April 30, 2021, from 1:00-2:00 PM at Canaan Baptist Church. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 PM with Bro. Danny Avery officiating and Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS directing.

Ms. York was born on August 24, 1988, in Columbus, MS to Coye Box Turner and Patrick York. She was a 2006 graduate of New Hope High School and was a cosmetologist. Ms. York is preceded in death by her grandmother- Brenda Edmonds; grandfather- Larry Box; grandfather-Buck York; Grandmother- Berry York; grandfather- Mack Turner; and great-grandfather- James Howard.

Ms. York is survived by her mother- Coye (James) Box Turner of Columbus, MS; father- Patrick (Jana) York; daughter- Saylor Williams; sister- Madison Turner; grandmother- Betty Turner; and great-grandmother- Bessie Howard.

Honorary pallbearers will be Daniel Carwile, Remington Turner, Brady Turner, Chandler Box, Derrick Andrews, Benny, Cody, and New Hope Class of 2006.

Memorials may be made to Bank First for Chelsea's daughter- Saylor Williams.
