Christie Lynn White, 60, of Columbus, MS, passed away Thursday, August 14, 2025, at his residence.

Celebration of Life Service, Saturday, August 23, 2025, at Mount Vernon Baptist Church, Educational Building, Jasper, Alabama, at 11:00 A.M. for Family and 12:00 P.M. for Friends, etc. Come celebrate with food, memories, and reminders of good times in the past.  Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS entrusted with all arrangements.

Mr. White was born August 12, 1965, in Jasper, Alabama, to the late Clifford White and Grances Dooley White. He was a Waste Water Management Soil Survey Scientist for the states of Alabama and Mississippi for many years. Mr. White was an avid antique collector. He enjoyed hunting and sports, especially football. Mr. White graduated from Auburn and was an avid Auburn fan. He was a loving father and grandfather; you couldn't have asked for a better one.

Mr. White is survived by his son, Sam (Blair) White; daughter, Ashleigh (Christopher) Bailey; grandchildren- Paxton White, Samantha Bailey, and Violet Bailey; brother- Coleman White and Casey White; and sister- Candace Cain.
