COLUMBUS - Christopher Harper Montgomery, 29, passed away Sunday, February 5, 2023, at his residence in Fulton, Mississippi. He was born on January 17, 1994, in Carrollton, Alabama. He was a graduate of Chamberlain Hunt Academy in Port Gibson, Mississippi. He worked in the manufacturing industry. He was also an avid reader.  As a hiker,  he loved spending time in nature.  Also, he enjoyed playing guitar.  Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family.

The Celebration of Life will be Friday, February 10, 2023, at 6:30 PM at The Assembly – 2201 Military Road, Columbus, MS 39702.

Survivors include his parents, Tracy and Jeff Morrison of Columbus, MS; father, Jeff Montgomery (Amy) of Stewart, MS; one sister, Taylor Griffin (Stephen) of Bessemer, AL; his maternal grandparents, J.R. and Karol Harper of Columbus; and one uncle, Ron Harper of Memphis, TN.
