Obituary
Clarice Mason Griffing, 92, of Columbus, MS passed away Sunday, November 12, 2017, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle.
A memorial gathering will be held Wednesday, November 15, 2017, at 2:00 PM at Trinity Retirement Home, Columbus, MS.
Mrs. Griffing was born on May 14, 1925, in Mississippi to the late Dallas L and Izora Jones. She worked as a waitress for Primo's for 25 years. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Griffing was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Lamar Griffing.
Mrs. Griffing is survived by her daughter- Nancy Tierce of Ocean Springs, MS; and sons- Tony Mason of Clinton, MS, and Jason Mason of Houston, TX; sisters- Hazel Voge; niece- Wanda (Ashley) Lyons of Columbus, MS; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
