Corey Michael Thompson, 29, of Columbus, MS passed away Monday, September 18, 2017, in Columbus, MS.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, September 21, 2017, at 1:00 PM at Eastview Baptist Church, Columbus, MS with Bro. Junior Eads officiating and Bro. Kenny Gardner assisting.

Corey was born May 3, 1988, in Starkville, MS to Danny Thompson and Elaine Harris Thompson. He is survived by two children- Christopher Thompson and Emma Thompson both of Columbus, MS; parents- Danny Thompson of Spanish Fort, AL and Elaine Harris Thompson of Columbus, MS; brothers- Joshua Thompson of Columbus, MS, Jesse (Monia) Thompson of Ocean Springs, MS, Matthew Thompson, and Terry Thompson of Spanish Fort, AL; nephew- Jay Thompson of Ocean Springs, MS; and his fiancé- Katie Harris of Columbus, MS. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends that were very deal and cherished by Corey.
