Craig Sansing Dana Craig Sansing, 67 of Ethelsville, AL passed away Thursday, September 10, 2015 at his residence. Visitation will be Saturday, September 12, 2015 from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS. The funeral service will be Sunday, September 13, 2015 at 3:00 PM at Springhill Baptist Church, Millport, AL with Bro. James Black officiating and Bro. Bill Hurt assisting. Mr. Sansing will lie-in-state from 1:00PM - 3:00 PM before the funeral service. Interment will be in Springhill Cemetery, Millport, AL with Lowndes Funeral Home directing. Mr. Sansing was born June 25, 1948 to the late Troy and Maudie Sansing in Bunkie, LA. He was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Columbus, MS and retired in 2006 from APAC after 36 years of working with them as a manager. Mr. Sansing was a member of Still Hunting Club and enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening. He loved spending time with family. In addition to his parents, Mr. Sansing was preceded in death by his daughter - Lori Allison Sansing; brothers - Bruce Sansing and Clyde Sansing. Mr. Sansing is survived by his wife of 45 years- Carolyn Edwina Wilcox "Bicki" Sansing, Ethelsville, AL; sons - Alan (Angie) Sansing, Columbus, MS and Ashley (Lauri) Sansing, Steens, MS; brothers - David (Olivia) Sansing, Columbus, MS, Chris (Diane) Sansing, Columbus, MS and Jeff (Tangie) Sansing, Millport, AL; grandchildren - Lori Sansing, Brayden Sansing, Maggie Sansing and Hays Sansing. Pallbearers will be Alton Pannell, Bobby Johnson, Bruce Sansing, Jr., Brock Sansing, Josh Sansing, Guy Wilcox, Kevin Phillips, Mike Phillips, Brayden Sansing, Hays Sansing.
