Danny Joe Herring, 59 of West Point, MS passed away Thursday, July 3, 2014 at West Point Community Living Center, West Point, MS. A Memorial Service was held Sunday, July 6, 2014 at 2 PM at Bethlehem Church of the Lord Jesus Christ with Steve Wilson and John Bosques officiating. Mr. Herring was born December 18, 1954 in Union County, MS to the late Damon Alton and Jena Maxine Swords. He worked at an Auto Body Repair Shop for over 35 years. Mr. Herring was a member of Betheleham Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, Bethleham, MS. Mr. Herring is survived by his children-Bryan(Tammie) Herring, Myrtle, MS, David(Ashley) Herring and Sarah Herring both of New Albany, MS; brother-Tim Herring and 7 grandchildren.
