David Logan Cook, 28, of Columbus, MS, passed away on Monday, June 24, 2024.

Visitation will be Friday, June 28, 2024, from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS.

Logan was born on January 17, 1996, in Columbus MS to Terri Leigh Harper Robertson and David Michael Cook. Logan attended Caledonia Elementary, Middle, and High School and later attended EMCC. Logan moved to Florida where he and Hayley Garrison made a life together and had a son, Holt Reed Cook. He was a dedicated father whose every thought was of his son. He loved to cook and used his cooking as his love language. He was a loving selfless brother and always there to talk to anyone who needed him. He never met a stranger and was loved by all who knew him. Logan's smile was brighter and bigger than the sun itself. He lit up any room he walked into. Logan was a hard worker and was employed at GCF Concrete Contractors in Fort Walton, Florida.  Logan is preceded in death by his sister- Autumn Raine Cook.

Logan is survived by his mother- Terri Leigh Robertson; father- David Michael Cook; brothers- Taylor Robertson, Michael Cook, Colton Robertson, and Bruce Cook; son- Holt Cook; step-son- Hunter Garrison; step-father- Carl Robertson;  and grandparents- John and Marty Harper and Joe and Faye Cook; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
