David James Hartmann 52, of Columbus, MS passed away Sunday, December 16, 2018, at his residence.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 22, 2018, at 10:30 AM at Our Savior Lutheran Church, Columbus, MS. Lowndes Funeral Home and Crematory of Columbus, MS has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Mr. Hartmann was born on April 18, 1966, in Woodland, WI to Betty Bothe Hartmann and the late James Hartmann. He was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Columbus, MS. Mr. Hartmann was a veteran of the  United States Air Force where he retired after 26 years of service. David's life was filled with love and adventure his travels now continue in heaven, where he joins his brother, Danny, and his father, James.

Mr. Hartmann is survived by his wife of 30 years Terri Hartman; daughters- Catherine "Kate" Hartmann and Elizabeth Hartmann; son-Ian Hartmann. He is also survived by his sisters- Valerie (Kevin) Zalewski, Pam Cato, Betsy Hartmann, his Brother-Guy Hartmann, Grandchildren-Krisjanis"Yanni" Apinis and Abrams "Abe" Apinis, and his Mother-Betty Hynes.
