David Howse, age 56, of Columbus, MS passed away Friday, April 6, 2018, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle, Columbus, MS.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 10, 2018, at 5:30 PM at Assembly of God, Columbus, MS with Bro. Jody Gurley officiating and Bro. Dick Webster assisting.

Mr. Howse was born on October 22, 1961, in Elkahone, CA to Norman and Sharon Cook Howse. He enjoyed serving others through the Assembly Care Center, nursing home outreach, and community service projects. Mr. Howse also enjoyed spending time outdoors, grilling for the family and creating beautiful landscaping.

Mr. Howse is survived by his wife- Kathy Green Howse of Columbus, MS; daughter- Katrina Speed of South Bend, IN; son- Benjamin Howse of South Bend. IN; grandchildren- Seth Speed, and Sophie Speed; and sisters- Marlene (Danny) Lowe, and Teri Gerbode.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be given to the Assembly Cook-Painter Care Center (Food Pantry) in memory of Mr. David Howse. These gifts will help continue the ministry that was so dear to Mr. Howse's heart.
