David Lee Price David Lee Price, 54 of Columbus, MS passed away Sunday, June 5, 2011 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-GT, Columbus, MS. Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 8, 2011 from 6 PM – 8 PM at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, June 9, 2011 at 11 AM in the Lowndes Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. George Shaw officiating. Interment will be in Nichols Cemetery, Ethelsville, AL; Lowndes Funeral Home directing. Mr. Price was born June 2, 1957 in Millport, AL to the late R. L. "Bud" Price and Mary Katherine Perrigin Price. He was a lifetime resident of Columbus, MS and a member of Hickory Grove Baptist Church, Ethelsville, AL. Mr. Price enjoyed woodworking, hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his nephew, Jefferson Davis Abrams. Mr. Price is survived by his wife, Mary Price, Columbus, MS; children, Winter Bailey, Amanda Smith and Amy Shelton; sister, Mary Ann (Larry) Abrams, Ethelsville, AL; sister-in-law, Susan Wilder, Columbus, MS; six grandchildren, Thomas Burmaster, Hadaley Bailey, Chloe Smith, Trace Pheonix, Brayden Shelton and Maverick Pheonix. Pallbearers will be Scott Oglesby, Mark Pridmore, Al Johnson, Joe Fondren, Travis Abrams, David Chinn and Bruce Flowers. Honorary pallbearers will be Jeff Smith, Ben Shelton, Ace Pheonix, Bucky Jacobs, Mitch Price, Harold Seymer and Larry Abrams.
