Doris Blackmun Doris Evelyn Blackmun, 87 of Eupora, MS passed away Sunday, December 18, 2011 at Golden Living Center, Eupora, MS. A memorial service will be held at a later date, Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Blackmun was born March 18, 1924 in Byron, MI to the late Oscar and Beatrice Green Barnes. She was a resident of Eupora, MS for the past 15 years having moved from Flint, MI. Mrs. Blackmun retired in 1982 after 30 years with Citizens Bank in Flint, MI. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Flint, MI. Mrs. Blackmun is survived by her daughters - Bethany Crenshaw, Stewart, MS; Suzanne Wolverton, Fort Worth, TX; grandchildren - Kevin Crenshaw, Megan Behnke, Emily Wolverton, Will Wolverton; great grandchildren - Camron Crenshaw, Olivia Behnke, and Madelyn Behnke.
