Doyle Dewain Sisson, passed away on April 26, 2023, at his home in Columbus, MS.

Services will be held at Beersheba Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Columbus, MS on Saturday, May 6, 2023, at 11:00 AM with the Rev. Joe Fondren officiating, He will be cremated and his ashes scattered on his family lands.

Mr. Sisson was born on October 26, 1957, to the late Paul Edwin Sisson and late Mary Frances Sisson. He was a retired program director for multiple entities including Boeing, Raytheon, and ATK. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Lincoln, NE. He was a veteran of the US Army where he served as Special Forces Intelligence Analyst.

He is survived by his brother- David (Gwen) Sisson, daughter- Mary (Nick) Howard of Omaha, NE, and son- Patrick Sisson of Houston, TX, three grandchildren, three nephews, and two grandnieces. He is preceded in death by his sister- Cynthia Ann Sisson.

Memorials may be made to the Beersheba Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery fund at 1736 Beersheba Road, Columbus, MS 39702 or the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) at 308 Legion Drive, Columbus, MS.
