Earnestine Cunningham, 78, of Columbus, MS passed away Tuesday, December 25, 2018, at Windsor Nursing Home.

Visitation will be Thursday, December 27, 2018, from 10:00-11:00 AM at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS. Funeral services will be Thursday, December 27, 2018, at 11:00 AM at Lowndes Funeral Home Chapel, Columbus, MS. Interment will be at Friendship Cemetery, Columbus, MS with Lowndes Funeral Home directing.

Mrs. Cunningham was born January 23, 1940, in Alabama to the late Bluford and Lillie Belle Carr. Mrs. Cunningham was a member of the Beersheba Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Columbus, MS. She loved spending time with her family. She retired in 2005 after working for 25 years as a registered nurse at Baptist. She spent her whole life serving others. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Cunningham is preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Cunningham, and brother, Bobby Carr.

Mrs. Cunningham is survived by a daughter- Stephanie (Joe) Studdard; Son-Jeff (Susanne) Cunningham; grandchildren- Baleigh Studdard, Lawson Studdard, Colin Cunningham, and Kate Cunningham.

Pallbearers will be Joe Studdard, Jeff Cunningham, Lawson Studdard, Rick Garner, Charlie Studdard, and Colin Cunningham. Honorary pallbearers will be Windsor Nursing Home Side B and Philwood Alzheimer's Unit.
