Elaine Thompson,69,  of Columbus, MS  passed away September 3, 2019.

A Memorial service will be Saturday, September 7, 2019, at 10:00 at Eastview Church.

Mrs. Thompson was born February 20, 1950, in Columbus, MS to the late Robert E. and Velma McCool Harris. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Thompson is preceded in death by her son- Corey Michael Thompson; two brothers- Robert E. Harris Jr. and Roy Lee Harris and three sisters- Dorothy Lee Harris Simpson, Betty Jo Clarke, and Peggy Ann Harris.

Mrs. Thompson is survived by her sons- Joshua Thompson of Columbus, MS, and Jesse (Monica) Thompson of Ocean Springs; grandchildren- Jay Thompson of Ocean Springs, Christopher Thompson and Emma Thompson of Columbus, MS; sisters- Joyce Eads and Linda "Cissy" Moore of Columbus, MS and Brenda Collins of Starkville, MS; brothers- Jerry (Brenda) Harris, Dee (Sonja) Harris, Sam Harris, all of Columbus, MS and a host of nieces and nephews.
