Elizabeth Glenn Abrams, 76 of Columbus, MS passed away, Tuesday, April 4, 2017, at Trinity Healthcare, Columbus, MS.

Visitation will be Friday, April 7, 2017, from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS.  A funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM in the Lowndes Funeral Home Chapel with her son Bro. Billy Abrams officiating.  Interment will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Columbus, MS with Lowndes Funeral Home directing.

Mrs. Abrams was born October 30, 1940, to the late William Bryant and Annie Josephine McGinnis Glenn in Lowndes County, MS and lived here her entire life.  She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.  Mrs. Abrams loved playing bingo and being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Abrams was preceded in death by her husband – Dale Abrams, daughter – Robin Wright and brother – Robert Earl Glenn.

Mrs. Abrams is survived by her sons – Steve (Melanie) Abrams, Caledonia, MS, Billy (Lorrie) Abrams, Leeds, AL and Jimmy (Mary) Abrams, Columbus, MS; daughter – Deborah Cunningham, Citronelle, AL; sister - Linda Reid, Mesquite, TX; brother – William Howard "Sonny" Glenn; 14 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren and exceptional lifetime friend – Harriett Potter.

Pallbearers will be grandchildren.  Honorary pallbearers will be the staff of Trinity Healthcare, Columbus, MS.

Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
