Elizabeth Ann Payne, 76, of Millport, Alabama, passed away Sunday, August 10, 2025, at her residence.

Memorial Service will be Saturday, August 16, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS. Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS entrusted with all arrangements.

Ms. Payne was born December 20, 1948, in Columbus, MS, to the late John Eugene Payne and Elwanda Boman Payne. She found immense joy in the simple pleasures of life, particularly in the act of crafting and the thrill of discovery at thrift stores. Ms. Payne had a profound love of gardening and tending flowers. In addition to her parents, Ms. Payne is preceded in death by her brother- Perry Payne; nephew- John Hunter Payne, niece- Didi McCrea; and great nephew- Preston Payne.

Ms. Payne is survived by her daughters- Angie Payne and Samantha Payne; brother- John Payne; sister- Margaret Taylor; grandchildren- Caleb Payne, Logan Buchanan, Harper Brynn Buchanan, and Reese Baird; niece- Nikki Villeneuve; nephews- David (April) Payne, Clay Payne, and Jonathan (Sheridan) Payne; great nieces- Taylor Villeneuve, Payton Payne, and Emily Payne; and great nephew- Cooper Payne.
