Obituary

Elizabeth Ann Sibley Prim, born on February 24, 1963, passed away peacefully at the age of 61, on December 9, 2024, after a long battle with cancer.

Beth grew up with a zest for life and an unwavering love for animals. She found her greatest joy in horseback riding, often trailering her horses to the mountains of California.

She was known for her sense of style and flair for fashion, a trait she carried with grace, no matter what the challenge. She stayed true to herself, lighting up every room she entered with her smile, kind heart, and unforgettable presence.

Beth never met a stranger, always offering a listening ear, a helping hand, or simply her uplifting spirit. She was devoted to her family and friends, including numerous cherished pets.

Throughout her life, Beth faced adversity with strength and dignity, refusing to let anything hold her back from living fully and authentically. Her adventurous spirit and love for those around her left an indelible mark on everyone she met.

She is survived by her sister, Amy Sibley Billingsley, brother, John Kelly Sibley, and many beloved nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Mike Prim, mother, Sally King Orman Cooper, father Dan Sibley Sr., and brothers Dan Sibley Jr. (Margaret) and Parrish Sibley (Denise).

Beth lived a life as vibrant and unforgettable as the trails she loved to explore. Her love, light, and courage will forever inspire those who were fortunate enough to know her.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Columbus Lowndes Humane Society (https://clhumanesociety.org/donate-now/).

Rest in peace, Beth. You will be forever loved and missed.
