Mrs. Elizabeth Lynn Willis, 58, of Columbus, MS passed away Thursday, May 12, 2022, at Vineyard Court Nursing Center, Columbus, MS.

Lowndes Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.  Services will be held Saturday, May 28, 2022, at 11:00 AM at Life Church in Columbus, Mississippi.

Mrs. Willis was born May 8, 1964, in Memphis, TN to the late James Walter Jennings and Katherine Howard Henley Holmes.  Mrs. Willis was a non-denominational Christian and had a strong belief in her faith.  She loved her family very much.  She loved animals and working in public convenience stores.  Loaves and Fishes community kitchen was especially important to her.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Willis is preceded in death by her step-father, James Harold Holmes, and her husband, Walter Terry Willis.

Mrs. Willis is survived by her sons – Bruce Lee Smith and George Anthony Beard, Jr.; daughter – Misty Lynn Smith; sister – Sandra Kaye Jennings; half-sisters – Sherry Rene Labriola, Tracy Solomon, and Kim Michelle Jennings; step-mother – Mary Jane Jennings; grandchildren – Trinity Steinke, Zacharias Smith, E.J. Edwards, and James Steinke; and daughter-in-law – Maranda Smith.
