Ellis Wendell Rinehart, 62, of Columbus, MS passed away Wednesday, March 17, 2021, at his residence.

Visitation will be on Friday, March 26, 2021, from 1:00-2:00 PM at Lowndes Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 PM in the Chapel with Pastor Carolyn Hulen officiating and Lowndes Funeral Home directing.

Mr. Rinehart was born on August 19, 1958, in Amory, MS to the late Ellis Rinehart and Shelby Stanford Rinehart. He enjoyed playing golf, woodworking, and enjoyed carpentry. Mr. Rinehart was an Ordained Minister with the Primitive Baptist Churches. He was a Lock Smith for many years.

Mr. Rinehart is survived by his former wife- Sandra Rinehart of Columbus, MS; step-son-Rusty Guyton of Columbus, MS; 2 brothers- Mark Rinehart of Amory, MS, and Dwayne Rinehart of Hatley, MS; sister- Sarah Rinehart of Smithville, MS; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Honorary pallbearers will be Toby Rinehart, and Roy Rinehart.
