Frances Brazil, 84, of Columbus, MS, passed away Sunday, November 24, 2024, at Fayette Medical Center.

Visitation will be Wednesday, November 27, 2024, from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. at Lowndes Funeral Home in Columbus, MS. Funeral Service will be Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS.

Mrs. Frances Brazil was born on October 3, 1940, to the late George Jones and Ruby Johnson Jones. She was a faithful member of Victory Free Will Baptist Church in Columbus, MS and a homemaker for many years. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Frances Brazil was preceded in death by her sister- Addie Lou Jones, and brother- Calvin Jones.

Mrs. Frances Brazil is survived by her husband Ted A. Brazil; daughter- Loretta (Neal) Champion; son- Rodney (Ashley) Brazil; grandchildren- Dylan (Katie) Brazil, Elayna (Tyler Patrick) Brazil, and Isabella Brazil; great grandchild- Asher Brazil; sister- Martha Lou Sanford; brother- Charlie Dale (Barbara Ann) Jones; sister-in-law- Dorothy Jones; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Cliff Swedenburg, Jimmy Dale Dozier, Marcus Honnell, James Shepherd, and Gene Collie. Honorary Pallbearers will be Ray Bryant, Raymond Rivers, Dave Ezell, Randall Southerland, Faithful Friends, and her nephews.
