Frances Louise Peacock Dorroh, 79 of Columbus, MS passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at her residence.

Visitation will be Thursday, July 28, 2016 from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS.  A funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM in the Lowndes Funeral Home chapel with Bro. David Coleman officiating.  Interment will be in Murrah's Chapel Cemetery, Columbus, MS with Lowndes Funeral Home directing.

Mrs. Dorroh was born December 8, 1936 to the late Ealy George and Louise Woods Peacock in Eupora, MS and moved to Lowndes County when she was 18 years old.  She was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Columbus, MS and a homemaker.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Dorroh was preceded in death by her husbands – Robert Earl Hunt in 1959 and Fred William Dorroh in 1980; son – Robert Michael Hunt; sisters – Margie Peacock Fason and Lazalle Peacock Green; and brother – Gerald Peacock.

Mrs. Dorroh is survived by her daughters – Deborah Ann Dorroh Conner and Fredna K. Dorroh Jackson; son – Kenny Earl Hunt; sister – Barbara Handley; brothers – George Peacock and Cecil Peacock; 3 grandchildren – Lane Hunt, Caleb Hunt and Colby Conner.

Pallbearers will be Kenneth Hunt,  Lane Hunt, Caleb Hunt, Colby Conner, Richard Jackson and Chris Atkins.
