Frances Wills Keathley, 89, of Columbus, MS passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at Baptist Memorial Hospital- Gt in Columbus, MS.

Visitation will be Sunday, August 16, 2026, from 1 PM to 2 PM at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS. Funeral Service will be Sunday, August 16, 2026, at 2 PM at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS with Bro. Tommy Gillon officiating. Interment will be at Crape Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Stewart, Mississippi. Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS, will be directing,

Frances was born October 1, 1936, in Choctaw County, MS to the late Thomas Daniel Wills and Ruby Singleton Wills. She was a member of Fairview Baptist Church. Frances enjoyed cooking for her family, quilting, playing cards, gardening, and traveling. She loved spending time with her family, especially grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Frances is preceded in death by her husband, John C. Keathley; sisters, Oda Mae Higgins, and Trudy Smith; brothers, Claude Wills, Frank Wills, Bill Wills, and JW Wills.

Frances is survived by her daughter, Angela (Mike) Mooney; son, John Keathley Patrick; grandchildren- Houston (Leslie) Mooney, and John (Dawn) Mooney; great grandchildren, Caleigh Mooney, Colby Mooney, Brantley Mooney, and Cade (Aleah) Mooney; great great grandchild, Greyson Mooney; sister, Cathy Hunt; brothers, Terry (Betty) Wills, and Winfred (Peggy) Wills.

Pallbearers will be Houston Mooney, John Mooney, Caleigh Mooney, Colby Mooney, Brantley Mooney and Cade Mooney.
