Frankie Lynn Ray, 51, of Columbus, MS, passed away on August 31, 2022, at his residence.

Services will be announced at a later date.  Lowndes Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.

Mr. Ray was born on May 24, 1971, to Peggy Swedenburg Simmons and the late James Roland Ray, in Columbus, MS.  He was a Dallas Cowboys fan and enjoyed racing and Mississippi State Football.

Frankie is survived by his daughters Michele Hines and Alexis Barksdale; three grandchildren; and brothers Stoney Ray, Johnny Ray, and Howard Ray; and his mother Peggy Swedenberg Simmons.
