George Thomas Nonamaker, Jr., 50 of Columbus, MS passed away Wednesday, April 18, 2018, at his residence.

A visitation and memorial service will be held on Monday, April 30, 2018, from 12:00 – 2:00 PM at Antioch Baptist Church, Columbus, MS.

Mr. Nonamaker was born July 26, 1967, to George Nonamaker, Sr. and the late Judy Teresa Bishop in Chickapee Falls, Massachusetts and moved to Columbus, MS 26 years ago.  He worked for Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle, Columbus, MS as a paramedic for 10 years. He loved dirt track racing and was a staff member of the safety crew at Magnolia Speedway and Columbus Speedway.  He loved cars and taking them apart.  Mr. Nonamaker loved his children and Alabama Football.  In addition to his mother, Mr. Nonamaker was preceded in death by his wife – Nina Nonamaker, and son – Brian Nonamaker.

Mr. Nonamaker is survived by his father – George (Marlene) Nonamaker, Sr., OK; daughters – Katlyn Nonamaker and Christa Nonamaker, Columbus, MS; son – Justin Nonamaker, Columbus, MS; sisters – Francis Knittel, Washington, Norene Peek, Nebraska,  and Mitzi Blanchard, Oklahoma; brothers – Robert Hall, II, Louisiana and Michael Nonamaker, Columbus, MS; numerous nieces and nephews.
