Obituary
Gerry James Nelson, 57 of Columbus, MS passed away Sunday, August 31, 2014 at his residence. Mr. Nelson was born April 12, 1957 to the late James and Sumiko Mochizuki Nelson in Arkansas and moved to Columbus 50+ years ago. He was a truck driver and of the Baptist faith. Mr. Nelson is survived by his wife - Diane Labella Nelson, Columbus, MS; sisters - Gloria (Frank) Smith and Shirley Markham of Columbus, MS and brother - Jimmy (JoAnn) Nelson, Steen, MS.
